How it works
Then make safety part of your routine — not something you think about only when it's too late.
Enter your name and phone number and confirm it with a one-time code. No passwords to remember.
Choose the emergency contacts who should hear from you — a partner, a parent, a roommate, a friend. They get texts; no app needed.
Do the daily awareness drill, start a timer before a late walk, share your location on a first date — and know SOS is always one tap away.
Who it's for
Everyday life puts all of us in unfamiliar places with unfamiliar people. Here's how people use Strike First Guardian.
Share your live location with a friend for the length of the date, set a safety timer, and keep a believable exit ready.
Dating safety →Walk Me Home across campus at night while a roommate or parent follows along, and practice reading real situations.
Set a safety timer for the walk from the train or the parking garage after a late shift. If you don't check in, your people know.
Share your location live with family while you're somewhere new, and drill scenarios like a rideshare that goes off route.
Travel guide →Showing a property to someone you've never met? Set a timer for the showing and have a check-in text one tap away.
For brokerages →Field inspections and home visits with a check-in plan, a timer, and contacts who'll be alerted if you go quiet.
For agencies →Late nights, empty parking decks and work travel — with practical training from instructors who teach it every week.
For employers →Start a live share before you head out so someone can follow along until you choose to stop.
Build awareness habits with a new daily drill, and know that help is one tap away.

Why Strike First Guardian
Strike First Guardian combines personal safety technology with a proactive approach to awareness, preparedness, and self-protection.
Most safety apps wait for an emergency. Ours is built by Strike First Fitness, an Atlanta self-defense and Krav Maga training company founded in 2012, and it brings the same lessons we teach in person: notice what's around you, trust your instincts, and have a plan before you need one.
Our mission is to help people recognize risks, make informed decisions, and take action when their safety matters most.
Pricing
Calling 911 and alerting your emergency contacts with your live location are always free.
Free
$4.99/month
or $39.99/year
Yearly works out to about $3.33 a month — save 33% compared with paying monthly ($59.88 a year).
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your phone's subscription settings.
Text messages
Strike First Guardian sends text messages for two purposes: one-time verification codes when you sign up or sign in, and safety alerts to the emergency contacts you add — for example a check-in, an “I need help” alert with your location, an expired safety timer, or a Walk Me Home update.

FAQ
A personal safety and self-defense app from the instructors at Strike First Fitness in Atlanta. It pairs fast safety tools — one-tap SOS, check-in texts, live location, a safety timer, Walk Me Home and fake calls — with awareness habits, scenario drills and technique videos, so you build the mindset before you ever need the tools.
Sign up with your phone number and a one-time code, add the emergency contacts who should hear from you, and you're set. From then on SOS is one tap away, and you can start a live share, a safety timer or a Walk Me Home trip whenever you want someone to know where you are. Your contacts get regular text messages — they don't need the app.
Anyone who wants to be more prepared day to day: people who date, students, commuters, solo travelers, people who run or walk outdoors, and professionals who meet strangers or work alone, like real estate and insurance agents. You must be at least 13, and under-18s need a parent's or guardian's permission (see our Terms).
Strike First Guardian is launching on iPhone first, and the Android version is in testing. Join early access and we'll email you as soon as it's available for your phone.
Only when you choose to: when you send your location or an alert, start a live share, or start a Walk Me Home trip. During a Walk Me Home trip your location keeps updating in the background until you arrive or end the trip. We don't track your location when none of these are on, and Walk Me Home trip records are deleted automatically within about a day.
You add each contact's name and phone number in the app, and confirm that the person has agreed to receive safety texts from you. Basic Safety includes up to 3 contacts and Premium up to 25. Contacts can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
When you tap "Alert my contacts" or send an "I need help" message, your emergency contacts get a text with a map link to where you are. If a safety timer runs out before you check in, your contacts are texted automatically. On a Walk Me Home trip, we check on you along the way and alert your contacts if you don't answer, go well past your expected arrival, or your location stops updating. The app does not call 911 for you — use the Call 911 or Text 911 buttons on the SOS screen.
Your name and phone number, the emergency contacts you add, an optional profile photo, your location only while you use a location feature, your subscription status, and crash or problem reports. We never sell your information, and payment details are handled by Apple or Google — we never see them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Basic Safety is free. Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, billed to your Apple or Google account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Premium is tied to your phone number, so if you switch between iPhone and Android, sign in with the same number and it comes with you.
Cancel in your phone's subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription by itself.
No. The app makes it fast for you to call or text 911, and to alert the contacts you choose. It does not dispatch emergency services or monitor you around the clock. In an emergency, always contact 911 directly.
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. Or email strikefirstfitness@gmail.com with the phone number on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. See what's deleted.
Email strikefirstfitness@gmail.com, call (678) 459-4835, or use Report a problem in the app's Settings. More on our Support page.
